All sanitising units sold by Top Ozone come with a 12-month full warranty on parts and labour. 

Replacement

The replacement unit will be dispatched within 24hrs of Top Ozone receiving the faulty item. 
 

Instant Delivery

Top Ozone sanitising units are being warehoused in UK & Ireland, ensuring short delivery times.  

T&Cs

The customer must package, label and return the parcel to us. Within 24hrs of us receiving the returned unit, a new replacement unit will be dispatched.
The customer will be reimbursed the full amount of postage costs. 

The unit must be returned without any 3rd party damage, dents, scratches etc.
